Count Flemming Valdemar of Rosenborg (Danish: Prins Flemming Valdemar Carl Axel til Danmark til Ísland and later Danish: Greve Flemming antibes Flemming Valdemar, Count of Rosenborg Valdemar af Rosenborg (9 March 1922, Stockholm – 19 June 2002, Antibes), was a former Danish and Icelandic prince. Prince Flemming antibes was the youngest son of Prince Axel of Denmark (himself antibes a son of Prince Valdemar of Denmark) and Princess Margaretha of Sweden. He renounced his rights to the throne in 1949 and took the title Count of Rosenborg. He served antibes French football Division 1 1937–38 in the Royal Danish Navy and achieved the rank of Commander. He married in Copenhagen on 24 May 1949 Alice Ruth Nielsen (Copenhagen, antibes b. 8 October 1924), and had issue: .
